Bonner Eichrechtstage (BET) – DELAC GmbH

1. Subject Matter of the License

DELAC GmbH (hereinafter "Licensor") provides the participants and other users with the presentations, documents, and other event materials (hereinafter "Materials") provided during the Bonner Eichrechtstage (BET) free of charge.

By accessing or using these Materials, the user accepts the following terms of use.

Provision is made voluntarily and free of charge. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of the Materials.

2. Scope of the Rights of Use

The Licensor grants the user a free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and worldwide license to

Whenever the Materials or parts thereof are used, the following source reference must be clearly visible:

The source reference must be made in an appropriate manner, e.g., in presentations, publications, websites, or other publications.

4. Prohibited Uses

In particular, the following is not permitted:

• selling the Materials or the original files (e.g., presentations, documents, or graphics) for a fee;

• distributing the Materials as a standalone product or as part of a product that is primarily based on the resale of the Materials;

• removing copyright or source notices;

• using the Materials in a way that creates the impression that DELAC GmbH or the Bonner Eichrechtstage support or recommend an organization, product, or service, unless express permission has been granted;

• using the Materials in illegal, misleading, or defamatory contexts.

5. Transfer to Third Parties

Sharing the official download link to the Materials is permitted without restriction.

Sharing the Materials themselves is not permitted.

Users are encouraged to use only the download link provided by the Licensor to share the Materials, so that the terms of use are known to and confirmed by all users.

6. Modifications and Adaptations

Modification, editing, or adaptation of the content of the Materials is not permitted.

The Materials may only be used or shared unchanged.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Materials provided are for informational and educational purposes only.

The Licensor assumes no liability for:

• the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the content;

• the fitness for a particular purpose.

The use of the Materials is at the user's own risk.

The Materials do not constitute legal or binding regulatory advice.

8. Termination of the License

In the event of a violation of these terms of use, the right of use shall expire automatically.

In this case, the user is obliged to cease using the Materials immediately and to delete existing copies.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
