Bonner Eichrechtstage (BET) – DELAC GmbH

4. Impermissible Uses

In particular, the following is not permitted:

• the sale of the Materials or the original files (e.g., presentations, documents, or graphics) for a fee;

• the distribution of the Materials as a stand-alone product or as part of a product that is primarily based on the resale of the Materials;

• the removal of copyright or source notices;

• use in a manner that creates the impression that DELAC GmbH or the Bonner Eichrechtstage endorse or recommend an organization, product, or service, unless express permission has been granted;

• use in unlawful, misleading, or damaging contexts.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Sharing the official download link to the Materials is permitted without restriction.

Sharing the Materials themselves is not permitted.

Users are encouraged to use only the download link provided by the Licensor to share the Materials, so that the terms of use are known to and confirmed by all users.

6. Modifications and Adaptations

Any modification, processing, or adjustment of the content of the Materials is not permitted.

The Materials may only be used or shared unaltered.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Licensor assumes no liability for:

8. Termination of the License

In the event of a violation of these terms of use, the right of use shall automatically expire.

In this case, the user is obliged to immediately cease using the Materials and to delete existing copies.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
